Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our growth efforts and drive business expansion. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that fuels demand generation, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a growth roadmap aligned with revenue objectives, focusing on retention, acquisition, and brand differentiation.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and innovation in marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage messaging and thought leadership strategies to establish our brand as a leader in the SaaS market.
  • Scale inbound and outbound acquisition through SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
  • Pipeline alignment: partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Customer advocacy: develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success stories.
  • Data-driven decision making: define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through data analysis.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic thinking, comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision and direction.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
