Customer Support Professional

As a Customer Support Professional at J-K Network Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our voice channel. This involves consistently utilizing available tools and resources to ensure first call resolution for customers.
You will also be responsible for introducing, promoting, and assisting customers with digital banking solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you will contribute to fulfilling customer's needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities include managing customer feedback and inquiries effectively, overseeing all aspects of their clients' accounts, and advising on investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist and be open to attending face-to-face interviews once requested. Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is amenable to being trained on site and having a hybrid work set-up after training.
