Customer Support Associate

Orbit Teleservices is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
