Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to lead the development and expansion of partnerships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals in the Wedding Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline of key stakeholders within the wedding industry
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email and phone to introduce Wedding Insurance products and services
  • Build long-term relationships as the trusted point of contact for clients
  • Educate prospects on product benefits and address inquiries or concerns
  • Support clients during onboarding and help drive the successful promotion of our Wedding Insurance offerings
  • Maintain accurate lead and interaction data in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share feedback and refine our wedding insurance program
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle sales or as an Account Executive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt messaging in real time
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or evolving environments

  • Background in insurance, wedding services, or event-related industries
  • Prior experience in account management and client retention
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attendance Bonus: $25/month for perfect attendance
  • Yearly Performance Evaluation
  • Anniversary Bonus: PHP 5,000 (1st year), PHP 10,000 (2nd–4th years)
  • Referral Bonus: $300 per successful hire
