Job Description

Marketing and Brand Strategy Lead

As a Marketing and Brand Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for driving online lead generation through both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. This is a hands-on role where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets.

This role involves launching and managing lead generation campaigns in various channels including TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels. You will continuously test new marketing channels, analyze data to refine strategies, and develop innovative growth-focused marketing plans.

You will work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals, stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion, and manage campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • Hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
