Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to showcase their expertise in credit management and collections.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to collect outstanding payments and maintain positive relationships
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements
  • Manage accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 9 months of experience in credit management and collections, preferably in an international setting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proven track record of success in collections and credit management
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using dialers and other software tools
