- Coaching and Mentoring:
- Coach store supervisors and coordinators in building strong relationships with key personnel, agency screening, training, and development.
- Determine and provide personal training and development programs for Key Store Personnel via field coaching and one-on-one meetings through the Merchandiser Development Program.
- Evaluate training and development programs of Key Store Personnel
- Building Strong Store Relationships:
- Strengthen relationships with key personnel through regular store visits in assigned territory.
- Attend monthly customized tabletop reviews with key branches
- Determine merchandiser count and man-hours to maximize productivity.
- Maintaining Merchandiser Workflow:
- Create ideal time and motion studies as a basis for merchandiser deployment.
- Promotions and Sales Program Execution
- Ensure systems like Merchandiser Development are followed and maximized to resolve in-store merchandising concerns promptly.
- Create and update the Store Operations Manual quarterly, including key store personnel, availability scores, facings measurements, and achievement targets.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions and trade promos.
- Recruit manpower and materials needed for projects/promotions.
- Conduct regular audits and performance checks of scheduled activities.
- Submit End Project Reports for major projects.
- Implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows.
- Manage regular and special point-of-purchase displays, shelf talkers, headers, wobblers, mass displays, product highlights, special displays, decals, display units, and special containers.
- Handle Out-of-Home (OOH) Merchandising.
- Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and order management.
- Create standard business continuity plans for stores at the regional level to ensure productivity during store visits.
- Develop pilot and stretch programs to test new processes improving availability, visibility, merchandising, and promo execution for growth and profit.
- Maintain good record-keeping systems and complete routine reports.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports by Partner Agencies.
- Manage the accomplishment, consolidation, and encoding of incentives.
- Submit reports requested by the Company for all SKUs.
Absorbent passion for learning and career growth, excellent communication skills, analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and ability to do fieldwork is required.
