Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating marketing projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
  • Marketing Project Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance across various platforms, including SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact for the marketing team, prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

  • Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals.
  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and SEO software.
