About the Role

The Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for assisting IT requesters with the end-to-end contract life-cycle, including initiation, execution, and post-contract maintenance. This involves providing support throughout the contract process, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly, and ensuring data integrity in legal records on Apttus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist IT requesters with contract-related tasks and provide timely and effective support.
  • Create and maintain accurate legal records on Apttus, input contract details, and generate NDAs, CSAs, and other legal documents.
  • Respond to contract reviews and inquiries within specified SLAs, providing urgent attention as needed.
  • Analyze SLA performance and compile monthly KPIs for contract activities.
  • Monitor and manage the IT Contracts Pipeline using SmartSheet, ensuring timely notifications for key deals coming up for renewal.
  • Troubleshoot issues during the contract process, collaborating with stakeholders to address discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Guide IT requesters through the purchase requisition process using Coupa and SharePoint, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Utilize Excel for data manipulation and filtering for reporting and analysis purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract operations, management, or a similar role.
  • Strong client-service orientation with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Apttus or similar contract management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Coupa, and SmartSheet.
