We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist IT requesters with the contract life-cycle process: Provide timely support throughout the contract life-cycle, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and ensure data integrity.
* Create and maintain accurate legal records on Apttus: Utilize Apttus to input contract details, generate NDAs, CSAs, and other legal documents.
* Respond within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Provide timely and effective support to IT requesters, addressing inquiries, updates, and actions on contract reviews urgently as needed.
* Generate monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for SLAs: Compile and report on monthly KPIs related to SLAs for contract activities, analyze SLA performance to ensure compliance, and identify improvement areas.
* Proactively manage the IT Contracts Pipeline: Monitor and manage the IT Contracts Pipeline using SmartSheet, ensuring IT requesters are notified of key deals coming up for renewal.
* Troubleshoot issues during the contract process: Identify and resolve issues during the contract process, collaborate with stakeholders to address discrepancies, and ensure smooth operations.
* Guide the purchase requisition process: Assist IT requesters in navigating the purchase requisition process using Coupa and SharePoint, provide clear instructions, clarify requirements, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
* Utilize Excel for data manipulation and filtering: Use Excel for data manipulation and filtering for reporting and analysis purposes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
* Proven experience in contract operations, management, or a similar role.
* Strong client-service orientation, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Apttus or similar contract management systems, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Coupa, and SmartSheet.
