Key Responsibilities
  • Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates, ensuring seamless integration and consistent brand messaging.
  • Provide timely and effective support for customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels, fostering strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor stock levels closely, generate detailed replenishment reports, and contribute to supply chain forecasting initiatives, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate on website development and provide technical expertise for presentations, enhancing the user experience and promoting sales.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero), with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights, driving business decisions and growth.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with ability to think creatively and outside the box.
