About the Role:
">Dialpad is transforming the way businesses communicate with their customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in addressing complex customer challenges and driving process improvements.
">This remote position requires full on-camera engagement during US core hours. You will be instrumental in establishing quick rapport and situational awareness in customer interactions.
">As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional satisfaction and success to our customers throughout their journey with us.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead all post-sales activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
- Act as the voice of the customer within Dialpad, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a consistent customer message.
- Develop a positive, trusted relationship with customers by providing value throughout the partnership.
- Retain long-term partnerships by independently renewing successful customers.
- Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and development of best practices to drive incremental value and return on investment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about meaningful features and functionality.
- Manage customer escalations by documenting open issues and facilitating resolution.
- Track accounts to identify churn risks and work proactively to mitigate those risks.
Skill Requirements:
">- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success.
- Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers required.
- A real passion for providing top-notch account management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A desire to work in a dynamic startup where input is valued.
