The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing team, Marketplace/SMPH team, and Customer Communications team in POS loan campaigns planning and prioritization, ensuring that all marketing and communications activities are implemented by respective teams based on the agreed plan.

You will also monitor the performance of campaigns created and executed by these teams, provide guidance to Key Account Managers in campaigns creation/planning and execution, and improve RPOS performance by creating customer retention strategies and leading the implementation of related initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in campaigns management, good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
