We are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Lead Generator to join our team. As an Outbound Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound prospecting. This includes researching and targeting key decision-makers at mid-market or enterprise accounts in various industries.

Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads by executing personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling emails and conversations that resonate with prospects.

In addition to your prospecting efforts, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions and lead information in our CRM system. Your organization skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless handoffs to our Sales team.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in a B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales position. You must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas and be proficient in using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
