We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Strategic Customer Partner. This key position involves driving incremental revenue from existing customers by developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Account Management Teams to deliver committed results and realize expansion potential of existing customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive company success with other prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Human Resource Technology trends and engage in solutioning client's HR technology needs through new modules.
  • Promote company value proposition at industry events and conferences by actively networking.
  • Define a comprehensive Human Capital roadmap for customer organizations as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales. Relevant experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles is also desirable. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with flexible work arrangements and travel. Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions is essential.
