Senior Operations Leadership Role

Senior operations leaders drive strategic growth initiatives by overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage a team of 4-8 operations specialists across various functions, including business operations, accounting, HR, administrative support, sales/marketing, and business technology.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management for team members with diverse skill sets, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Foster a high-performing remote work culture, recruiting and onboarding new team members as the organization scales.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee bookkeeping and accounting operations, including accounts receivable management, billing cycles, payment processing, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and build relationships with external financial advisors.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, budgeting processes, and annual planning.
Operational Strategy & Systems:
  • Design and implement scalable back-office processes that enable professional services and sales teams to focus on client delivery and business development.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations Technologists to enhance system integrations, automation, and data management.
  • Drive data-driven decision making through KPI development, reporting systems, and operational analytics.
Consultant & Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and service providers, coordinating projects outside direct expertise.
  • Evaluate and onboard new service providers as business needs evolve.
