Job Opportunity

A key member of our team will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and surveillance of nine properties, including offices and residential buildings.
  • Manage properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.
  • Ensure necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop and implement building management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, a background in architecture, project management, construction management, or building management, and proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience working directly with contractors and service providers is also preferred, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software, and in-depth knowledge of construction processes and property maintenance best practices.
