Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in project management, people management, and analytical skills. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a full-time position based onsite, requiring the individual to be proactive, flexible, and deadline-focused. If you are a self-starter with a passion for maintaining high-quality operations, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, with PRC License
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Advanced skills in ACAD and Visio, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer)
  • Experience in project management and people management
  • Strong analytical skills and proven organizational ability and attention to detail
