About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to join our dynamic team at Net Pacific, Inc.'. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractorsMonitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as neededEnsuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocolsCommunicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure successful project deliveryProviding technical expertise and guidance to the project team, as requiredPreparing detailed progress reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction industryDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectivelyStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaborativelyProficient in project management software and toolsFamiliarity with local construction regulations and building codes
