Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and evaluation.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure optimal use of company resources.
  • Review, validate, and assess engineering designs to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards.
  • Monitor and control project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage, audit, and maintain as-built documentation and other project-related records.
Qualifications
  • Must be a Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial or dairy-related engineering projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Project for project scheduling and tracking.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD for reviewing and producing technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
