Global Social Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our global social media strategy. As the lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan that drives engagement, fosters community growth, and aligns with our brand objectives.

Job Description:
  • Social Media Strategy Development: Craft and implement a solid social media strategy that showcases our brand's personality, values, and mission across organic global social channels.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering effective engagement on all social platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context, with managerial experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgment, and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design will be a plus.
