Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled individuals to work as disaster relief agents in a remote, temporary position. This role is contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs and requires the ability to apply customer service techniques and learn account management systems.

Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis. The available shifts are from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Utilize advanced communication skills and technical knowledge to enhance the customer experience
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels and implement effective solutions
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
  • Exhibit high reliability and strong attendance records
  • Show aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Embody customer-centric values and display empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
