Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Support team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and success outcomes
- Identify and prioritize process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding of complex technical ecosystems
