Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Associate to join our team. As an EPM Senior Associate, you will be responsible for driving value throughout the organization by reducing costs and cycle times while providing game-changing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle's modern planning and reporting applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices within planning, forecasting, and reporting processes using Oracle EPM Planning.
  • Develop and lead end-to-end solution designs using Oracle Planning to meet clients' requirements.
  • Supervise junior team members during project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Provide expertise in Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS, PBCS) related to outlines, calculations, load rules, Web Forms, Smart View, Partitions, Security, and application validation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle EPM Planning or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven skills in Oracle Planning and experience on at least 2 Oracle Planning implementations.
  • Good understanding of Hyperion Planning, EPBCS.
  • Strong communication skills to understand requirements and convey viewpoints clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
