Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Analyst Lead to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will also drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.

This role involves:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models to inform business decisions
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with finance leaders to shape and support financial strategies
  • Communicating financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM (a plus)
