Transform Business Planning with Expertise

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a senior associate in adaptive planning. This role involves working closely with clients to help them transform their business planning needs through the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution, including maintaining proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite
  • Contributing to implementation projects for clients, including working with clients to understand their current planning process and recommending the best solution based on their requirements
  • Assisting clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions, and developing and configuring accurate forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning
  • Supporting clients to ensure success, including communicating regularly with clients and providing general customer service and assistance
  • Collaborating internally, sharing learnings and problems solved with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning and management reporting
  • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility and empathy
  • Ability to work effectively within teams and alongside customers, and ability to execute tasks with limited supervision and manage time effectively
