Financial Planning and Reporting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Reporting Professional to join our team. As a key partner to business leaders, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic decision-making and driving financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading financial planning and analysis initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
  • Developing and implementing financial models to inform business decisions
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Servicing as a thought leader for adopting new technologies to improve financial planning and reporting capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Substantial experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently
