Zoho Manager Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Manager to lead the transition of our business operations to Zoho, encompassing inventory management, customer relationship management, sales tracking, and financial accounting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accurate financial tracking and accounting.
  • Optimize and maintain the Zoho system for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on utilizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance business workflow and automation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in using Zoho efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Zoho and its applications, as well as experience in implementing and managing inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management systems.
