We are seeking an experienced Product Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product and packaging development processes, with a strong ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:- Lead product and packaging development from concept through execution.
- Manage the development budget by negotiating costs with suppliers to ensure quality and optimal pricing.
- Ensure all packaging meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
- Manage multiple development timelines to ensure all projects are completed on schedule.
The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and a smooth execution.
Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (e.g., Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Management).
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
