Job Title: Zoho Expert

We seek a highly skilled professional to migrate our core operations to Zoho One, ensuring seamless transition and optimizing workflows.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.

  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho applications for improved sales and financial performance.
  • Integrate third-party applications using automation tools like Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, or Pabbly Connect.
  • Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • E nsure data security and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.
  • Regularly update Zoho applications and improve efficiency based on business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator). Knowledge of data migration from other platforms to Zoho.

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).

Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).

Background in business process automation and optimization for retail industries.

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.

Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems for financial reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of SEO/marketing tools for sales optimization within Zoho.
