Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Manager to lead the migration of our operations to Zoho, including inventory management, customer relationship management, sales tracking, and financial integration. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for optimizing the system post-migration.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books. They will also have a strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho, as well as background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.

In this role, you will be responsible for migrating company data and processes to Zoho, ensuring seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks, maintaining and optimizing the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy, training team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance business workflow and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently
