Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant

The AR/Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including client job and document management, new client onboarding, and tracking assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 3-5+ years of administrative experience and strong organizational and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be proficient in office productivity software, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in developing strong relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices. They will also be solution-oriented, with problem-solving and critical thinking skills required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Job and Document Management: Upload and download documents from the client portal, file and organize documents within client folders, email notifications to clients and tax preparers as needed.
  • New Client Onboarding: Send welcome emails, assign Lacerte tax ID numbers, set up client portals, email invites to clients for portal access, and set up new clients in firm files.
  • Track Assigned Tasks: Monitor tasks in tax dome status dashboard and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Office products, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
