Hiring Manager Opportunity

This is a client-facing role where you will be the first impression of our company to potential clients and an ongoing point of contact once they partner with us. Your communication, professionalism, and intelligence will directly represent the quality and professionalism we stand for.
As a Client Success Manager, you will handle incoming leads, guide them through the early stages, and build strong, lasting relationships. You will conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs, present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly.
You will maintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations. Additionally, you will become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, professional presence, and the ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent English — both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable
- Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy
- University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles
- Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy
- Full-time, independent contractor opportunity
- Remote work arrangement — mainly PH working hours with potential overlap with US/EU timezone
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role. They should be skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts, with proven success in managing the full client journey from initial lead to long-term care.
