About the Job

We're changing the way people view customer care, and we need your help.

  • Interact with applicants and respond to initial inquiries and concerns through various platforms.
  • Process and track applicant job submissions.
  • Source and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtained.
  • Manage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor management.
  • Create strategies to meet partner requirements.
  • Conduct and request tests needed for hiring.
  • Recommend ways of improving recruiting process.
  • Participate in job fairs and hiring events.
  • Create and host various promos and activities.
  • Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other tools.
  • Build relationships with internal employees.
Requirements
  • A college degree or certificate (preferred - equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • The ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds.
  • A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends.
