Strategic Reporting Manager Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced data leader to head our reporting operations, manage a team of analysts, and develop executive-level dashboards that inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain data visualizations using Power BI aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on business performance and trends
  • Lead collaborative efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive reporting efficiency and consistency
  • Oversee a team of 5-10 analysts and ensure high-quality reporting standards
  • Conduct audits to enforce data quality and integrity
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategic recommendations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting or data leadership roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL
  • Proven track record of managing data teams and presenting to executives
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Asana)
