This role is ideal for individuals who can read critically, research thoroughly and communicate clearly. Your responsibilities will include crafting smart documentation, coordinating with external counsel and helping us stay on top of what matters without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • We require an individual who can ensure our organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Draft, review and maintain corporate governance documents including resolutions, by-laws, board minutes and filings.
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance on corporate structure, tax intersections and jurisdictional considerations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer, paralegal, compliance officer or legal administrator.
  • Prior work in startups, BPOs, legal services or international firms is highly valued.
  • Exposure to contract work, cross-border documentation or research-heavy roles is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to advise on employment contracts, disputes and regulatory requirements. They will also be able to provide guidance on corporate governance, tax and compliance matters.
