Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist.

  1. Export Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal restrictions by validating names of customers, business partners against official watch lists or sanctioned lists.
  2. Denied Party Screening (DPS): Maintain thorough documentation of screening decisions for audit and compliance purposes.
  3. Sanctions and Export Control Regulations: Ensure compliance through DPS, adhering to EU, US, and UN regulations.
  4. Supplier Security Review: Initiate & manage security reviews, ensuring suppliers adhere to regulatory requirements.
  5. Cybersecurity Awareness: Design and implement awareness campaigns, including newsletters, posters, videos, infographics, and e-learning modules.
  6. Training and Events: Organize cybersecurity events such as Cybersecurity Month, phishing simulations, webinars, and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform manual validation when shipments trigger positive hits on official sanctions lists.
  2. Handle approval and release of shipments via the unified platform after screening.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and participation in awareness initiatives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness programs through surveys, metrics, and feedback.
  5. Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and trends to keep content relevant.
  6. Maintain a cybersecurity awareness calendar and manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
