Strategic Business Development Representative

Cyberbacker Careers is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Growth Backer to spearhead our business development efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and contribute to the company's overall success.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including analytics, operations, and marketing, to gather insights and inform growth plans;
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking progress towards growth targets;
- Sales: generating leads, cold calling, setting up appointments, and closing deals;
- Client Engagement: maintaining regular communication with new and existing clients, performing follow-ups, and sending necessary documents;
- Tracking progress and gathering feedback from clients to inform continuous improvement;
- Preparing and sending End of Day reports.

- A leadership mindset to effectively guide and motivate team members;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and negotiate effectively;
- Strong presentation skills to engage stakeholders and build rapport with clients;
- Problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during growth management planning;
- A good command of the English language;
- Must be 18 years of age or older;
- A headset with noise-canceling features and a high-definition webcam;
- Device specifications: Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent; Windows or Mac; at least 8GB of RAM and 60GB of free hard disk space;
- Network requirements: 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
