Project Delivery Specialist Job Description

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from initial scoping to final implementation.

You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that outline activities, resources, objectives, scope, and technical requirements. This will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, including PMO Analysts, IT Coordinators, and Infrastructure Specialists.

Effective stakeholder engagement is crucial in this role, as you will need to manage expectations across design and building teams, and coordinate with the PMO Lead for scheduling and resourcing. You will also be responsible for escalating critical decisions to leadership, managing vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle, and working with Solution Architects to align technical insights with project planning.

Regular status updates and proactive risk management are essential to ensure smooth project progression and alignment with strategic objectives.
