Scaling Retail Operations

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and optimize our retail customer operations team, focusing on scalability and process improvement as we onboard new commercial customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day execution and management of the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order entry, processing, and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer support for pre-order activities, including systemic setup and customized SOPs.
  • Design and implement sustainable processes and systems, focusing on scalability as we expand our customer operations team.
  • Develop and maintain order operations SOPs tailored to different sales channels and customers.
  • Ensure strong data integrity across all order operations systems, including order entry, fulfillment, management, and invoicing.
  • Lead month-end reconciliation from the order operations perspective, providing thorough reporting to accounting.
  • Create automated workflows using connectors like Zapier and Make to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Full-time commitment with US-based hours.
  • Expertise in automations, with proficiency in tools like Zapier, Make, and N8N.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in customer-facing roles.
  • Elite organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset, with experience defining and implementing scalable processes.
  • Strong order processing background, including EDI, B2B, and manual orders, as well as ERP system experience.
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in high-growth environments.
  • Able to thrive in remote work settings under minimal supervision.
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering world-class customer service while prioritizing company interests.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, with a willingness to adapt and learn.
