Vendor & Process Oversight:

  • Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations, while monitoring vendor performance and addressing quality or timing concerns promptly.">

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in project coordination or management, especially in operational or deployment environments, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.">
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and solid stakeholder management experience, able to build trust and drive results through effective collaboration.">
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.">
  • Beneficial: Exposure to retail tech or hardware deployments, with knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.">
