Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on marketing budgets and events.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs and brochures.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty and lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
