Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Financial Management:
    • Proficiency in Xero, Dext, Stripe, and Wise is necessary.
    • Knowledge of UK accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) or willingness to undertake training is required.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Experience with tutoring platforms like TutorCruncher and strong communication skills are necessary.
    • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not required.
