Change Manager Lead

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Expert to oversee and coordinate changes within a controlled IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and assess all change requests for risk and impact, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures.
- Manage multiple change cycles supporting various business initiatives, collaborating with teams to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
- Facilitate weekly Segment Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.
- Track and report all changes to the system environment, identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Change Management processes, procedures, and tools, utilizing knowledge of client/server infrastructure, Networks, file servers, desktops, IVR systems, and Configuration Management practices.
- University degree and/or equivalent work experience, with knowledge of ITIL or other best practices.
- Self-motivated, proactive individual with strong initiative, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- 2–3 years of experience in change management within a complex, multi-vendor IT environment, with proven ability to define, document, and manage change processes.
