Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to drive business success. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and insightful financial advice to inform business decisions
  • Leading the development of business plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Directing and mentoring finance teams to optimize support functions and enhance overall efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a recognized accounting certification (e.g., CPA)
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance-related roles, including at least 4 years in a management capacity
  • Proven analytical skills, with experience in strategic analysis and financial modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning and growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerApps, as well as data analytics tools and SAP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent English language proficiency
