**Job Title:** Organizational Support Specialist

We are a dynamic and innovative firm dedicated to empowering independent musicians. We are looking for an organized professional to join our remote team as an Organizational Support Specialist.

The role requires excellent communication skills, high-level organization, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. You will assist in preparing documents, maintaining records, and updating databases with personnel, financial, and other data.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize documents and presentations.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with accurate and timely information.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Fluent in Google Suite, Excel, Gmail, Monday.com, Hubspot, or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
