Our team is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property spreadsheets for upload to the website and HubSpot, creating two different versions for each platform.
  • Update weekly online calendar via Google.
  • Ensure client lists are up-to-date by checking for new additions and marking them as marketing recipients.
  • Support lead generation by conducting research using Google, websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, and listing sites with guidance from the supervisor.
  • Create companies and contacts with detailed information.
  • Engage with clients on social media platforms: follow on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube; connect with current contacts on LinkedIn.
  • Conduct research on events, religious affairs, and industry publications for contributing blogs and articles or commenting on existing content.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in editing spreadsheets and managing data.
  • Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
