Job Overview

The SharePoint Developer is responsible for implementing and maintaining SharePoint Online to support collaboration, data management, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

  • Configure and customise SharePoint Online sites, subsites, lists, libraries, and metadata.
  • Develop page layouts, web parts, and workflows to support business processes.
  • Set up secure and user-friendly document libraries, team sites, and communication sites.
  • Implement and manage user permissions, access levels, and content governance.
  • Integrate Power Automate and Power Apps to automate workflows and streamline operations.
  • Work with business units (service, sales, operations, finance) to gather requirements and configure solutions.
  • Support AI-enabled document retrieval (e.g., Copilot integration for FAQs and product manuals).
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to SharePoint users.
  • Maintain governance standards, ensuring consistent structure and usability.
Qualifications and Skills

A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience configuring and managing SharePoint Online, as well as strong knowledge of site structure, lists, libraries, and permissions.

Experience with setting up SharePoint applications and familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem are also essential. Additionally, proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for customisation is required.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
