Key Job Description

We are seeking a visionary tech leader to shape the future of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. As our Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the charge in transforming how technology drives business growth, product excellence, and digital security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy & Leadership: Define and communicate the company-wide IT strategy and roadmap. Align technology investments with business priorities. Advise leadership on emerging technologies and their impact.
  • Innovation & Engagement: Foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation. Promote IT literacy and cross-functional collaboration. Build strategic partnerships and ensure transparent communication of tech initiatives.
  • Product Development: Lead UX/UI strategy across platforms, integrating research, design, and usability. Define product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals. Oversee product lifecycle and performance optimization.
  • Architecture & Engineering: Guide enterprise architecture for scalable, sustainable solutions. Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in development and integration.
  • Cybersecurity: Oversee security architecture, risk management, and incident response. Lead secure software design and implementation. Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat analysis. Direct digital forensics and security operations.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance: Lead cyber risk assessments and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement data security strategies aligned with global data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years in senior technology leadership, ideally as CTO or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in cloud technologies (must-have).
  • Strong background in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and governance.
  • Demonstrated success in product development and UX strategy.
  • Expertise in software engineering and digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of global data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
