Product Development Role

This position involves leading product and packaging development from concept to execution. As a key member of the team, you will analyze product briefs, conduct research, and ensure all samples meet aesthetic standards, color accuracy, and functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product and packaging development from conception through to completion.
  • Analyze product briefs, conducting in-depth research to gather data that clarifies product specifications.
  • Manage multiple development timelines to ensure all projects are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, quality control, and manufacturing) to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Management).
  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development.
  • Specific experience in textile or accessories product development is advantageous.
